Thanks staff and Raymond of Preference Pool. I came in to have my water tested. Love your high tech water tester, then the print out of what I needed to get my pool back into shape was sweet! Your staff answered all my questions. And even gave me the amount I needed to put into my pool because you guys had my pool gallons on record that I did not even know you had! You have helped me in so many ways in the past, in doing so you applied our relationship in your office records hence you had my pool gallons on record, thus informing me of the gallons of water in my pool so I can appropriately put the right amount of product in my pool.
So helpful and knowledgeable about pools. They set us up and got us started with our pool chemicals. We thought it was going to be hard and they made it so easy!

I would recommend Preference Pools and Spas to all my friends and family. I’ve never owned a pool in my life and one came with the house we had bought three years ago. They showed me how to run it and what to do. They have always been there when I needed help with my pool, they have worked with my insurance, and sometimes they can be difficult. I trust them 100%, and the advice they give me. It’s nice to have a business that you can rely on and that you trust, and that does not happen very often these days.
